District 27 Toastmasters’ first District Council meeting is for Area Directors, Division Directors, District Staff, Club Presidents, Club Vice Presidents Education and the District Trio. During this meeting, we will vote to adopt the May 6, 2023, District Executive Committee Meeting Minutes, vote on the district budget, discuss the Spring Speech Contests and the District 27 Annual Conference, and review the district alignment and district success plan.
